Classical Piano
Why should I play classical piano?
Well, that is a simple question to answer. You should only play classical piano if YOU WANT too. There is no other fees able reason that I can possibly thing off. No one should force you to play an instrument as this will take away your ability to actually learn it to perfection especially if you are from an older generation.
Classical piano to me is one of the greatest ways in which to play piano. It brings out my personal gratefulness for the art of the piano. I don’t just play piano, I feel it. The texture of the keys under my fingers gives me an indication of whether or not I like a particular piano or not.
The fun comes in when you really learn a classical piece inside out directly from sheet music, get your technique right and learn to concentrate even when there are disturbances around. It can be done regardless of your age and I think that if you are as passionate as I am about the piano then you should give it a try. You should by all means and ways keep in mind that the piano is something that you will always have as a skill and that you will always be able to please audiences, even if it is just family, whenever you play.
Almost everything that is played today on any instrument is derived from classical music and this is why, in my opinion, it is so important to know how to play classical music, once you get there you can learn almost any other sort or genre of music.
